Finders Ireland awarded All-Star Accreditation

Finders International’s Irish office has been awarded an All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF) All-Star Accreditation.

The All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF) is an autonomous national accreditation body that encourages enterprise development through the promotion of Best-in-Class in Irish business.

The Business All-Star Accreditation is an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria.

Adjudication panel

The adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.

Companies are qualified for accreditation by completing an enterprise audit and are identified by their use of the AIBF’s Business All-Star Marque. The accreditation is now held by more than 500 firms in Ireland.

The AIBF evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and its adjudicators speak to customers, employees and vendors. The AIBF also anonymously approaches the company as a customer and reports back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.

‘Outstanding contribution’ to probate genealogy

Finders Ireland’s accreditation is in recognition of the company’s “outstanding contribution to quality and standards in probate genealogy”. The team identifies and locates beneficiaries to estates, property and assets worldwide.

They work closely with Irish private client solicitors to progress the administration of estates to successful conclusions by locating beneficiaries across the globe.

Reacting to the announcement, Finders International Ireland’s director, Maeve Mullin, said: “We’re delighted to receive this award in recognition of the services we provide in Ireland. We were recently referred to as a ‘safe pair of hands in Irish probate genealogy’, a huge honour too, and all our case workers are members of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG), abiding by its code of ethics.”

Next of kin

Finders International Ireland can often locate next of kin within 24 hours, thanks to an international network that can trace heirs worldwide.

Deputy chair on the adjudication board for the AIBF, Kieran Ring, said in support of the announcement: “Finders International Ireland has achieved AIBF Business All-Star Accreditation 2022. This accreditation is in recognition of the company’s outstanding contribution to quality and standards in probate genealogy.

“We wish to recognise Finders International Ireland’s conduct in the areas of trust, commitment, performance & customer-centricity. Finders International Ireland is hereby included in the AIBF Register Of Irish Business Excellence.”
