As the managing partner of Coghlan Kelly, a bilocated legal firm with offices in New Ross and Wexford, he oversees a wide range of legal services, specializing in litigation. In addition to his role as a solicitor, Martin Lawlor is also a mediator, arbitrator, Notary Public and is the Co-Founder of Solicitors Growth. He is widely recognized for his contributions to the legal community and has served as a council member of the Law Society of Ireland for 12 years. During his tenure, he chaired several committees, including the Regulation of Practice Committee, the Money Laundering Reporting Committee, and the Legal Services Reform Bill Task Force. He also served as Chairman of the Advertising Regulation’s committee and steered through the 2019 Solicitors Advertising Regulation’s to implementation.

Lorna’s attention to detail ethos underpins her genealogical research and her favourite place is the Registry of Deeds. Lorna has diverse experience from work in education, healthcare and finance. All of her roles have had a focus on customer care and client management. Lorna is the go to person for legal professionals requiring research for probate or property matters.

Ruth Cannon BL is a highly experienced barrister based in the Law Library, Ireland, with a specialization in land law and conveyancing, landlord and tenant law, and probate law. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she has established herself as an authority in her areas of practice. Cannon is also a prolific author with numerous publications to her name, including books such as “Land Law” and “Irish Property Law Statutes Annotated,” and articles such as “Entitlement to a New Tenancy under the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act 1980.” She has also contributed to international reports and studies, such as the Irish Report for the Study on Conveyancing Services Regulations in Europe. Cannon is recognized as a leading legal professional and is sought after for her expertise in her field.
